Recommend my community. The Gateway Cooley station. This place is so close to fine dining, entertainment and schools. The management is so amazing and helpful. They really care about the property and residents. Alliyah is the assistant manager and is always available, prompt and resourceful. Always a great attitude. Yolanda is the property manager. She is always having property events and parties. She is very hands. She has done a great job. I have met so many great neighbors. Enjoy and apply today!

Ben was excellent. So professional and nice and got the job done quickly. Thanks Ben! Kudos to the front desk gal too that was filling in. 💗She expedited the issue quickly which I appreciate in this weather!!!

So far has been a great place to live! Nice apartments and a quiet community. Every time I need to talk to the leasing office, Christina in particular is always very friendly and able to help quickly answer my questions.

Had some issues with my AC during the summer and am really satisfied with how the maintenance team and new community manager helped to fix it. Ben and the entire maintenance team work really hard to fix issues and provide excellent support to residents. Yolanda the new community manager is doing an amazing job of supporting current residents and making sure that this community continues to be a great place to live

I am very happy living here. Love my apartment, I have great neighbors, it's usually pretty quiet and low drama. I love this part of town. Christina works super hard to make it feel like a community where you belong. At least monthly events, food trucks, and little touches everywhere that show she cares about the people who live here and want us all to be well and happy.

We just moved in and are happy with our choice. The office staff are helpful and very friendly. We love the amenities!
