i've been at these apartments for 3 months now and it is hands down the best apartment i've lived in. the staff is super nice and helpful, i have to point out allyiha for being hands down the best and most helpful. i definitely recommend this community ! you won't be disappointed

I’ve lived here since the property first opened and haven’t had any issues with either management company. Office staff have always been very friendly, flexible, and fast when it comes to needing assistance. Maintenance team is great as well! The square footage of the units is impressive compared to other apartments in the area. Overall I enjoyed my time living here and would recommend this property.

Ben the maintenance supervisor was quick and helpful with helping me fix a few issues in my bathroom. The office and maintenance team is always helpful with anything I need.

We had a great experience taking a tour of this community. The assistant property manager, Allyiha, was awesome. She was so welcoming, and worked with our needs. The Gateway Team have been very prompt getting back to us with any questions we have. The community is very well kept and clean. They’ve made our moving process very smooth. We look forward to moving in! Thanks Allyiha and the Gateway property management team for a great start!

This was my home for the past 2 years. It was nothing short of perfect. Great value for the rent and fabulous layout for a studio apartment. Feels more like a one bedroom. I highly recommend living here and probably still would be if I wasn’t moving to a townhouse. Thanks gateway!

I was searching and searching and searching for a place to call home. I’ve experienced apartments and houses and I decided that I wanted a condo…then I saw this place. I walked in and was amazed. I love the layout. The size of the apartment was awesome. I signed a lease the next day. As soon as I saw this place I knew it was going to be great. On top of that you don’t hear your neighbors as much as you would in other places. I’ve maybe heard 10-15 footsteps since I’ve lived here. I’ve been here for 3 months! Maintenance team is awesome, thanks Ben! And lastly the front office team was so helpful and kind. I couldn’t be more happy with this decision. If you’re thinking about moving here you won’t regret it!

Yolanda Suboa is an amazing property manager. She is so kind and thoughtful. Always smiling and happy to help with any of my concerns and needs. And plans great holiday party’s for my family to enjoy!
