The leasing staff at Gateway is so welcoming, accommodating and patient. They made my recent move so smooth and enjoyable. They were able to make last minute changes to my apartment location and model in a way that was extremely professional and courteous! I highly recommend this apartment complex. Thanks to Lauren and Kayla for all they did to help me get into a great apartment!

I’ve been living here for almost a year and have had no issues. Any issues we did have were resolved by maintenance. Complex is quiet and that’s what I love about it.

I came by for a tour of the complex ,out of all I’ve been to the assistant manager Lauren was super helpful and made sure we felt comfortable in our search for a new home would definitely reccomend this complex

I’ve been seeing quite a few negative reviews towards Christina (manager) and I’m pretty shocked. Christina is the reason we decided to move in to Springs at Cooley Station. She’s been nothing but nice and professional with my wife and I. Whenever we have a complaint we make sure we provide the staff with proper information to ensure they have the right tools to fix the issue. Christina responds promptly to our emails and is always doing her job with a smile. Thank you Christina for making this a warm place to live :)
