⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best part about living here isn’t just the pool, gym, coffee machine, or grills — it’s the people. The community has such a friendly, welcoming vibe that makes every day feel easy and peaceful. But the real heart of it all is Angelica, the community manager. She’s hands-down the most helpful, honest, and receptive manager we’ve had — and that’s saying something after the few who came before her. She genuinely listens, follows through, and goes out of her way to make sure everyone feels cared for. She’s the reason this place feels like home. It’s always quiet, clean, and comfortable here, and it truly feels like a community — not just a complex. Couldn’t ask for more!

Moving in from out of state was made very timely and easy. Apartment was clean and all the leasing staff/ maintenance have been very personable and friendly.

I've been living at this property since 2022, there have been a lot of changes around here and majority are positive. I love that Christina is one who stayed, but I also love Lauren! The new maintenance guys feel like family not just some random person coming into your place. I'm so happy to have chosen Gateway at Cooley Station as my home and will continue to do so! ❤️

Lauren and Allyh are fantastic. Clean, safe, well-lit property. Excellent maintenance response time. Pet friendly. Highly recommended.
