I have toured plenty of the Springs locations, but Joseph from Cooley Station was by far the best help I have received! He was kind, patient, informative, and professional.

Nice property

Springs at Cooley Station has been a great place to call home. It’s close to multiple shopping and eateries in Gilbert and the area is growing which is exciting. We will even have a Hash brunch spot near us in Verde shopping center soon. The gym is a perfect size and rarely gets overcrowded and they have plenty of options from cardio to strength. The pool is also pretty big and I haven’t seen a crowd in the year I have been here. Always a seat or grill open for use. The Cooley staff throws events and gives out free snacks and coffee a lot which is a nice perk. They had an event once where they gave residents Lush bath bombs - winner! The apartments are very spacious and the layouts are pretty nice. Love the kitchen and how many cabinets we have and the kitchen island. The balconies and patios and really spacious as well and perfect for some outdoor time.

By far one of the best communities I have lived at. The office staff is amazing! With this community being a new build, they have had their challenges thrown at them and they rise to challenge. The maintenance staff has been one of the best I've encountered. I have worked in the industry and this team is tops!I'm definitely grateful to call this community home.
