Since the new management has come in, there is a community sense of true caring for the residence and a gratefulness when they send out messages that we are wanted here and we are a part of this family community! Additionally, when they do send out messages, they are kind and well thought out and not threatening! I’ve had excellent rapport with the new office staff and every single one of them is very helpful and wanting to know that you’re comfortable in your home! I would recommend this place to anyone with this current management

move in process was flawless, signing into wifi, getting TV going..everything was great, easy and personable.Shout out to Yolanda and Aliyah. You girls rock !!

I have nothing but great things to say about Aliya and Yolanda! They are helpful in every aspect and happy to help whenever you need anything. They are very prompt, no waiting around for responses which is amazing. I’ve only had a few encounters with the maintenance staff and every time has been a great experience. 5 stars for sure!!

We’ve lived here for two years now and have nothing but great things to say! The staff, amenities, living spaces, and all around culture is outstanding! We recently renewed our lease with Aliya and Yolanda and they were beyond helpful. Aliya and Yolanda are always there to answer questions promptly and make sure that we are happy with everything.

Living at Gateway has been great, the team, Allyiha, Lauren, Yolanda and Ben has been so helpful and responsive as always! Glad to have a great team managing this property.

This apartment complex is very comfortable. The staff is also friendly, Allyiha and Lauren are genuinely so helpful with all questions. I highly recommend leasing as the staff can assist with any concerns.

We have lived at Gateway twice. The staff do a very good job, they respond very quickly. Ben in particular has been excellent to work with, he displays a very customer oriented attitude.

The process of checking in at Gateway couldn't have been easier. The apartment was clean and ready for our arrival. The staff there is amazing. I really could not have asked for a better experience.
