I viewed the property and loved it! The leasing Agent, Allyiha was friendly and very informative as she took me around the property Yolanda shared so much interesting information about the community and helped with all questions. Highly recommend checking out.

I’ve been a vendor at gateway for many years, The manager Yolanda, Lauren, and Aliyah are always polite and ready to assist. Ben and the maintenance team are always on point, all of the grounds and amenities are always clean and taken care of. You’ll love it here!

I recently toured Gateway at Cooley Station and was thoroughly impressed. Yolanda showed me around, and she was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The complex itself is amazing, with modern amenities and beautifully maintained grounds. The apartments are spacious and well-designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. highly recommended! Yolanda was the best !❤️

I had an excellent experience here with the leasing team Lauren, Allyiha, and Yolanda were all incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They were professional, friendly, and always quick to answer any questions I had. Their knowledge about the community and their willingness to go above and beyond really made the leasing process smooth and stress free. I highly recommend this community, and it’s largely due to the fantastic team that works here. Thank you for making me feel so welcomed!

I went to visit this beautiful community and it was what I was expecting and more! The staff was amazing, especially Yolanda. Wonderful location and quiet community.
